If you just need a quick break, looking to walk your dog or just stretch your legs, drop in to Raleigh. It's only minutes off the highway from both North and South. There's not much there but is a welcome relief from the traffic and crowds. If you are there at the right time the Raleigh Winery is a great place to chill while testing wine, nibbling on cheese and taking in the quiet surrounds. It's not open every day so just check their opening hours.
