Get distracted in Mogo without leaving the highway. A top spot to stroll the shops and pick up for something old, new or slightly out of the ordinary.
Mogo is resting on the Princes Highway, so you don't have to factor in travel time. It's a vibrant little village that boasts an outward reflection of what's inside the many shops, galleries and other treats that line the street. It's the perfect spot to stop if you like to indulge yourself in arts and crafts, chill in indoor or outdoor cafes infused by the local artisan culture, wander around shops that offer a mix of vintage, modern and bohemian type goodies or explore the remnants of Mogo history. Although there's lots to offer for any palate, services are limited. You can fill up with fuel and pick up some basics but that's about it. There's public amenities and plenty of spots to take a seat and rest your feet dotted around town. It is popular with tourists so can get a bit busy especially on weekends, but there's still plenty of room to weave your way around the town. Prefer to picnic somewhere a little quieter? There's a small spot at the southern end of town on the edge of Mogo Creek or you can head 'not far off the highway' to one of the many surrounding beaches. Want to know more about Mogo?
