Get distracted in Forsters Bay, South west of Narooma. A perfect place to rejuvinate and just tucked in behind town.
The Princes Highway winds through Narooma, quite a large town with lots to offer. But if you want to get away from the busy-ness of the main centre, duck down one of the side streets to the west and within a minute or two and you will hit this little gem. A perfect spot to stretch your legs, take a kayak or boat for a spin, ride your bike, cool down in the shallows, paddle on the edge of the lake, throw in a line, pull out the picnic or just chill on the waters edge. If you need a feed there's a top little spot at the southern end. Amenities are close-by and spots to rest your feet are dotted along the lake banks and walkways. It's also a great spot to take the pooch for a walk. Just check the signs for where they can be let off the leash. Looking for a quick revive, this is a perfect spot and if you need to pick up essentials or fill up with fuel, nothing is very far away.
